I want to be free
When I wake up in the morning,
It is free that I desire to be
When I go to bed in the evening,
It is my freedom in my dreams that I see

When I realised I was in deception
The lies I believed caught up to me
When I sought to go in a different direction
Too entangled was my life, to be able to flee
But praise be
That the Lord had mercy on me
He unveiled my eyes, and now I can see

To the Lord’s people called into His Royal Priesthood: Grace and peace to you from our Heavenly Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
A new day has dawned on you, my friends. We have been rejoicing and praising the Lord for your deliverance and salvation. We have been praying for the strengthening of your faith as you walk in your new identity in Christ and for the renewal of His hope in you.
Today’s address is to open up the gate of growth in the knowledge of God within you so that you may indeed come to full liberty from the forces, systems and powers that had enslaved you and your families for generations. He has removed the veil of darkness from us so we can be part of His kingdom of Light.
'It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery. ' Galatians 5:1
Accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour is only the first step in your walk with Him. Now you are going to have to stop conforming to the patterns of this world and be transformed by the renewing of your mind, being perfected every day to the image of our Lord who is the blueprint that the Father has given us to follow so that we can fully enjoy true freedom that the world cannot take away from us.
Freedom that is holy, righteous, and testifies to His glory.
'And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into His image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.' 2 Corinthians 3:18
Freedom that bears good fruits and brings to fruition the purpose and destiny for which He created us.
'Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me. ' John 15:4
Freedom that reconciles us to the original identity and purity that God gave us before we were born.
'I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.' Psalms 139: 14-16
Freedom that does not only improve us but also improves those around us and transforms the world.
'But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.' Galatians 5:22-23
You must know that whilst your soul has been saved and you are a new creation in Christ, the journey you are beginning will last a lifetime. Satan will never cease to try to kill and destroy you because of the decision you’ve made to be with Christ, and he will relentlessly continue to set traps to derail you so that you may forfeit your soul and return to the deep darkness and the death that was once your life - but no more.
You now have access to tools, weapons, and wisdom that cannot be defeated by darkness. You now have Light and you can walk according to that Light. Actually, not only do you have the Light, but you also ARE the Light of the world, a Light you inherited when you accepted the Lord as your Saviour - and this light cannot be hidden.
'You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. ' Matthew 5:14
How you access and learn to use those tools, weapons, and wisdom is by getting to know Him. How you get to know Him is by dwelling in His presence.
As you dwell in His presence and seek Him with a sincere and humble heart, He will reveal Himself to you. As He reveals Himself to you, the darkness within you will begin to be replaced by His Light which is the Truth, for He IS the truth. As the Truth begins to fill you up, you will get knowledge and understanding of the unseen mysteries behind all of the things you have endured until now, and with those revelations will come solutions and keys to unlock and dislodge the root of the evil in your life.
As they lose grip of you, you will begin to ascend into the realms of the liberty of Christ that is given to you without oppression, coercion, manipulation, abuse, nor pain. Liberty that is pure.
'So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. ' John 8:36
For you to walk in that freedom, you must make radical changes to the way you live your life and train yourself to pursue new standards, new values, new principles and laws, and new virtues that are according to the Kingdom of God. Satan is counting on you taking this lightly and continuing your life in a “business as usual” manner so that he can trap you again and send you right back to the prison you were once held captive in.
Don’t allow it.
Confessing your faith in Jesus is only the first step. It gives you salvation out of eternal damnation - as in, hell - and positions you to be able to receive all the glorious riches of the Father as co-heirs with Christ. However, it will not, I repeat: it will not make you immune to the overwhelming oppression of the cosmos. The way out of that oppression is by becoming Christ-like.
The more Christ-like you are, the more immune you become to the Kingdom of darkness because Jesus Christ is the Light and you are becoming more like Him - HOLY. This is how the darkness in you is rooted out of you and through the power of the Holy Spirit that you received when you believed in Him, the systems of darkness will lose the ammunition they use to afflict you - which is sin.
Let's understand this clearly: salvation gives you eternal life - after you take your last breath, but it is holiness that separates you from the world and builds a hedge around you, making you free from all the forces of darkness. This is how you walk in full freedom, here and now.
Seeking holiness in a defiled world where lies are the truth and evil has been turned into good is not easy at all but this is the work you have to do for your freedom. You must expect persecution and accept the fact that the life you once lived is over. This is the cross you have to carry.
The good news is that God, in His love, has sent His Holy Spirit to live inside of us, and the power of His Spirit is what gives us the capacity to walk on this narrow path. It is not a matter of just wanting to be holy and succeeding, if it were that simple then Christ wouldn't have needed to die for our sins, rather, it is a matter of having the spiritual capacity to be holy and this capacity can only be developed with the help of the Holy Spirit, who is God inside of you.
'But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you. ' John 14:26
Choose to lean on Him and you will be a witness of the power of God alive in you. The Lord has already conquered it all, but now you must stand up and follow the way to claim that victory in your life.
'You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. ' I John 4:4

Free
You want to be free
I too, want you to be free
But true freedom is not as you think it may be
Freedom is not,
living without conditions
doing things with no limitations
Freedom is not,
choosing to go wherever
or behaving however
You are now a part of a Kingdom
Where we live by our King’s wisdom
Wisdom that is from above
Not found in lectures, books, articles or good prose
Wisdom that is mystery
To a world engorged in impurity
Wisdom that is agony
To a people who abandoned their original identity
Wisdom that is offensive
To a culture that is constantly on the defensive
This wisdom is the key to your freedom
For which He paid the price, and that’s no axiom
'For the Lord gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding. 'Proverbs 2:6
This wisdom can only be found in Him.
'And the words of the Lord are flawless, like silver purified in a crucible, like gold refined seven times. ' Psalms 12:6
Therefore, starting from today, you must begin to build new spiritual habits, holy habits, that will create a pattern in your spirit and soul and bring you closer to the kknowledge and likeness of Him, Jesus Christ - which is the key to your freedom. These habits must be daily, and they must be consistent. Without daily consistency, your efforts will fail to have the spiritual impact required to set you free.
The first way to do this is by spending time in His Word.
By this I mean - reading the Bible. You must remove from your mind anything you have been told in the world about the veracity, legitimacy, or authority of the Bible, and seek Him through His Word: the Holy Bible, not as a book of parables filled with riddles and fairytale stories that give you life lessons when interpreted as similes, but as the Living Word Of God.
This is no debate.
It is important to note that it is not about the text written on pages that you can flip like a novel, but it is about the Spirit of that text. The power is in the Spirit of the Word.
For you to capture the Spirit of the Word and not just read the text like you would read any other book, you must approach His Word like a child: with a humble heart and a willingness to learn and be transformed.
You must humble yourselves and confess that you do not know anything and you need Him to get you out of your mess. This is usually the biggest problem for people: to accept that they do not know, especially when they’ve spent a lifetime thinking that they do. Breaking news: you do not know anything of substance if you don't know the Spirit of the Word of God.
It is that very ignorance that has gotten you in the trouble you are in right now. Recognise you do not know, confess you are ignorant, repent and change the way you approach His Word, and seek Him sincerely, then He will reveal Himself to you.
It is in the Spirit of the Word that the truth is found and it is that truth that sets you free.
'It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life. ' John 6:63
Even in Christianity, many Christians who go to church every single Sunday know the Bible and can even quote half of it without flinching but they do NOT know and have never had fellowship with the Spirit of the Word of God. That is one of the reasons why that system is such a scam.
His word IS Him. So when you spend time with His Word, you spend time with Him.
'In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. ' John 1:1
Let’s understand what this scripture is saying: Jesus Christ is God. Jesus Christ is the Word of God. => The word of God is God.
His Word is what shines in the darkness, which is how you break free.
'He was with God in the beginning. Through Him all things were made; without Him, nothing was made that has been made. In Him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. ' John 1:2-5
His Word is a powerful weapon that is enormously feared by the kingdom of darkness because they know that when used appropriately, it puts an end to their lies which is how they oppress you - through your ignorance of the truth.
'For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. ' Hebrews 4:12
His Word has the power to purify you and transform your mind and heart to make you blameless and perfect in His sight - holy. This is expressed in the book of Hebrews when the way husbands should love their wives in the Kingdom of God is compared with the love of Christ for His Church who He washes with the Word, which is Him, hence who He cleanses Himself - using His Word.
'Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her, that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish. ' Ephesians 5:25-27
Let’s understand this clearly: by spending time in His Word, you spend time with Him, and Him - through His Word - cleanses you and makes you holy. It is that holiness that makes you untouchable to the kingdom of darkness and gives you freedom.
It is through His Word that He speaks to you, He fellowships with you and reveals to you knowledge and wisdom that cannot be found anywhere in the world. His Word is your greatest weapon. You must spend time in His Word.
To do this effectively, you should first choose an amount of time you are willing to spend in the Word every day, consistently. If you can commit to 10 minutes, do 10 minutes. If 30 minutes, then 30 minutes. If it is only a verse you can read every day, then read a verse. But choose something you will do every day without breaking the cycle. In your case, given the high level of darkness and manipulation in your atmosphere, I would advise that you spend at least an hour in the Word every day.
Secondly, you should prioritise this in your day as the first thing you do in the morning, and the last thing you do before you go to bed.
Giving your first to the Lord is a spiritual principle for abundance. Everything you possess is thanks to the Lord, so even your time is something you should give Him as part of your first fruits.
'Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops; then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine. ' Proverbs 3:9-10
By spending time with Him before bed, you are putting the atmosphere of heaven around you spiritually and this will enhance the quality of your sleep, and will also position you to receive instructions or revelations about your life and situation from Him through dreams and visions, which are one of the key ways the Lord communicates with His people and they “hear His voice”.
The second way you can dwell in the presence of the Lord is through praise and worship.
Worshipping the Lord invites His presence and He inhabits your praises.
'But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel. ' Psalm 22:3
Praise and worship is also a major weapon in your arsenal as a citizen of the Kingdom of God, which was most memorably used by Paul and Silas whilst they were imprisoned for preaching the Gospel and defending the Faith.
'And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one's bands were loosed. And the keeper of the prison awaking out of his sleep, and seeing the prison doors open, he drew out his sword, and would have killed himself, supposing that the prisoners had been fled. ' Acts 16:25-27
I would highly advise you to engage in praise and worship in order to invite His presence just before spending time in His Word. The sensitivity of your spirit will be heightened as He inhabits your midst during the worship experience, which will make you more prompt to receive what He wants to tell you when you engage yourself in His Word.

The third way you can dwell in the presence of the Lord is through prayer.
'Pray without ceasing. ' 1 Thessalonians 5:17
'Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful. 'Colossians 4:2
Prayer is the ultimate way by which we connect ourselves to our home country: heaven. It is the way by which we receive on earth the things that have already been secured for us by our King.
'Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. ' Mark 11:24
It is the way by which we seek the face of God.
'If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. Now my eyes will be open and my ears attentive to the prayers offered in this place. ' 2 Chronicles 7:14-15
It is the way by which we are intimate with God.
'But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. ' Matthew 6:6
It is the way by which we activate and deactivate, loose and bind, and capture and release things in the unseen.
'Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.' Matthew 18:18
It is the way by which we support and strengthen each other as brothers and sisters in Christ.
'Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective. ' James 5:16
It is the way by which we send petitions to courts in the heavenly realms.
'Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. ' Philippians 4:6
Prayer is the way by which we build a bridge between what is seen in the physical and what is unseen in the spiritual. It is the way by which we fight and win battles against the kingdom of darkness.
You cannot live without prayer. You MUST pray every. single. day.
Remember to continuously seek holiness and righteousness in the Sight of God for a good prayer life because “The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.”
True Freedom Begins Here (a poem)
Your entire being can only be revived through Him
He is the Way,
Decide to walk with Him
He is the Truth,
Rise and abide in Him
He is the Light,
Enlighten your spirit with Him
He is the True Vine,
Drink from Him
He is the Bread of Life,
Renounce death and live through Him
He is the Shepherd,
Lie down in green pastures from Him
He is the Gate,
Enter the heavenly realm through Him
He is the Teacher,
Like a child, learn from Him.
He is the Resurrection,
You now have a second chance in Him.
'Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. ' 2 Corinthians 3:17
True freedom begins here.
Heavenly Father, I pray in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ that You will touch your children’s hearts right now and draw them closer to you, God, for the process of the renewal of their minds so that they may be sanctified to be likened to the image of Christ.
Father I pray in the name of Jesus Christ that they will awaken and allow for your Holy Word to sink down into their hearts so that they may share in the mighty inheritance of absolute freedom that we have received through Christ as co-heirs with Him and citizens of Your Kingdom.
I pray, Lord God, that anything that has been orchestrated and planted by agents of darkness to hinder and block them on their walk with you be destroyed and made void right now in the name of Jesus Christ.
In the name of Jesus Christ, I command every yoke of iniquity and sin in their lives, no matter its position nor its origin, that the devil has been using to defile them to be broken now and be burned by the fire of the Holy Spirit - never to return.
In the name of Jesus Christ, I commission the armies of heaven to guard, guide and fight for them on the battlefield against agents of darkness and the deep root of sin and iniquity that wants to trap and devour their souls.
I send up a petition Father, that all the devices, plots, curses, abuses and manipulations that they are being subjected to by agents of darkness may be restrained by your holy government, my Lord, so that they may have the time they need to abide in your truth and make themselves ready for what is ahead on their walk with You, in the name of Jesus Christ.
Grant them a restraining order against Satan and his agents, Lord, that they may draw closer to You and be equipped for battle in Your divinely ordained time, in the name of Jesus Christ.
My Father, my King, I pray that they may grow in the knowledge of your Son, who is your Wisdom and Word, at a supernatural speed aided and assisted by your heavenly hosts, in the name of Jesus Christ.
Lord God, I pray that you may fill them with your Spirit of Knowledge, the Knowledge that is pure and holy, transforming captives into free people, and slaves into the kings you have created them to be, in the name of Jesus Christ.
My friends, I pray and declare that your journey to holiness has begun, your path has been drawn, and your complete freedom now awaits. May you dedicate your lives to God for the furthering of His will in the glorious Kingdom of Jesus Christ, His only begotten Son, in the name of Jesus.
I pray for you, my brothers and sisters, and I praise you, Heavenly Father, because I know that you have heard my prayer and it is done.
Praise be to the Lord, the God of Israel, from everlasting to everlasting. To You be the glory today and forever. Let all the people say, “Amen!” Praise the Lord.
