"Payment Method" means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time, and which may include payment through your account with a third party. Unless you cancel your membership before your billing date, you authorise us to charge the subscription fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method (see "Cancellation" below).

1.2. We may offer a number of subscription plans. Please note that our paid subscription plans are without advertisements, and our free subscription plans may contain limited commercial content, such as branded content or sponsorship messaging.

1.3. Some subscription plans may have differing conditions and limitations, which will be disclosed at your sign-up or in other communications made available to you. 2. Billing and Cancellation

2.1. Billing Cycle. For paid memberships, the subscription fee will be charged to your Payment Method on the payment date specified on the "Account" page. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription plan that you choose when you signed up for the service. In some cases your payment date may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled, when you change your subscription plan or if your paid subscription began on a day not contained in a given month.

2.2. Payment Methods. To use the paid membership plan of The Studio you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You authorise us to charge any Payment Method associated with your account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the premium service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.

2.3. Updating your Payment Methods. You can update your Payment Methods by going to the "Account" page. We may also update your Payment Methods using information provided by the payment service providers. Following any update, you authorise us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s).

2.4. Cancellation. You can cancel your premium The Studio membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to our service through the end of your billing period. To cancel, go to the "Account" page and follow the instructions for cancellation. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period. Without prejudice to the right of termination for cause, The Studio may cancel your account by providing one month prior written notice. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your running billing period.

2.5. Changes to the Price and Service Plans. We may at our reasonable discretion change the price of our membership plans from time to time to reflect the effect of changes in the total costs associated with our service. Examples of costs elements that affect the price of our subscription plans include production costs, costs for the technical provision and distribution of our service, customer service and other costs of sales (e.g., billing and payment, marketing), general administration and other overhead costs (e.g., rent, interest and other financing costs, costs of personnel, service providers and services, IT systems, energy), as well as state-imposed fees, contributions, taxes and duties. Any price changes will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you. You can cancel your membership at any time during the notice period to avoid future charges.

3. The Studio Service

3.1. License. Unless otherwise stated, The Studio and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on The Studio. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from The Studio for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions. You must not:
